When you choose Carole Kitchen and Bath Design, you get experience. In fact, put together, our team offers well over 100 years of experience in kitchen and bath design. We hire designers who are professionally trained in kitchen, bath, and interior design.

You’ll team up with one designer for continuity through your project, but you will also know that during each step of the project, every designer has the resources of a tremendously talented and knowledgeable team to lean on. We are proud to say that our designers love their work, and they are very good at what they do.

Part of what you will receive from your Carole’s designer is a computerized design. This is a 3-dimensional layout created with software specialized for kitchen and bath design, which allows you to ‘see’ realistic-looking perspectives of your new room. You can expect out-of-the-box, creative, and practical layout solutions with utmost attention to details.

Advance appointments are not required. You are always welcome to drop in and browse the showroom. We do recommend appointments, however, so that your designer can set aside plenty of time to meet with you.

Kathy Cremone
Kathy Cremone joined Carole’s with 27 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. As our Design Manager, Kathy is integral to ensuring the level of superior design and customer service you can expect from every member of our professional Design Team. Kathy makes it her personal mission to be sure every Designer thoroughly educates each client about all available products and design options so you can make the best decision for your project goals and budget.

Jennifer Dussault, AKBD
Jenn brings to your project more than 19 years of kitchen and bath design experience with Carole Kitchen and Bath Design. She is adept at designing high-end kitchens, but she just as expertly maximizes functionality and beauty with even the smallest kitchens. One of Jenn's greatest strengths is her exceptional ability to listen to her clients and translate their input into personalized results. She is a graduate of Mt. Ida College with a degree in Interior Design and is certified with the National Kitchen & Bath Association as an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer.

Helen Miller
Helen enjoys seeking out creative design solutions that are beautiful, functional, and cost-conscious. With 10 years of kitchen and bath design experience at Carole’s, she brings to each project a mix of creativity, knowledge, detail-orientation, and incredible personalized attention. This is how she ensures a successful project outcome and an enjoyable design experience. Helen has a Bachelor’s degree in fashion and interior design as well as training from the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Sara Anne Hawkins
Sara Anne Hawkins explains that her design philosophy is, "to design a functional, beautiful kitchen by incorporating the client’s needs and wants, while keeping budget in mind." To complement Sara’s almost 10 years of on-the-job kitchen and bath design experience at Carole’s, is her degree in Interior Design from Mt. Ida College.

Mary Jane Paronich
Kitchen and bathroom designer Mary Jane Paronich concentrates on a space and develops it into a livable and workable area, while still incorporating a fresh, innovative look. Incomparable individuality, aesthetics, and quality products are consistently found in Mary Jane’s designs. Also a seasoned designer with Carole’s for almost 10 years, Mary Jane is a graduate of Newbury College and Mt. Ida College.

Michael Firicano, AKBD
"Interpreting a client’s needs and goals not only requires asking the right questions, but also being able to translate his or her responses into an appropriate design that fits the person's lifestyle---whether the ultimate design is traditional, contemporary, or eclectic," explains Michael Firicano. He exceeds his clients’ expectations by providing just the right blend of unique design, exceptional project management, and outstanding attention to detail. He has several years of experience in the design field, and he is a graduate of Newbury College with a degree in Interior Design. He is also certified with the National Kitchen & Bath Association as an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer.

Debbie Toland, CKD
Debbie has been a professional Kitchen and Bath Designer for 22 years. She approaches every design with a fresh outlook and a keen eye towards maximizing functionality without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. Debbie has earned the designation of Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) through the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Frank Purdy
Frank Purdy brings more than 26 years of industry experience to Carole’s. He is particularly experienced with countertop products and installation techniques. Franks loves to help clients brainstorm, present options, and explain differences between cabinet and countertop brands. You will also find Frank at a construction site with his laptop, drafting a kitchen layout for a contractor, complete with 3-D images, exact products placed in the layout, and delivering on-the-spot estimates.
